I'm getting so excited. This is my horse Bahloo. These pics were taken yesterday. She has left the training ranch in Minnesota and is on her way back to Batavia, Ohio. She will be there until next Thursday (the 16th) when she will make her way to Lisa and Jim's. I'm still absolutely in awe that this horse is mine! I can't wait to spend some time with her.

About 16 hands.. and growing. She is only three. She will grow until she is between five and six years old. Her mommy was a Clydesdale (17 hands)and her daddy was a Shire (18 hands).
So the Army won't be mad when you don't go back to Mississippi? You'll want to stay here with her and not go back! I'm excited for you, I know you will love her.
I will want to stay there!! I am so excited I hardly stand it! I just have to keep in mind that by the time my leave is up, I will only have about 2 1/2 more months on my orders and I will be making 2more trips back in the meantime. Thanksgiving is going to be exciting! See you next week!
Well I think it is very cool!!! Now all we have to do is get Mathew and Andy to get a horse. Then we can all go riding together at Thanksgiving!!! LOL!!!

Bahloo's pretty(STill partial to Bay's myself thanks to Jazz) so that bay in the back of the last pic was gorgeous to me, but i love bahloo's face. She'll get a few more inches taller, i'll put a mature size at 17.2, anyone else wanna bet??? I've got three horses right now; Abby the paint, Jazzy the Arabian and Pheonix the solid Appaloosa(Still working on getting him home though.)
I'm so happy for you and excited too! Wish there was some way I could be there when you get to see her for the first time! but.... still have bills to pay...sigh! hope to see both of you some time soon.. Enjoy! Kirby
